It is great to have you at KS 925 Jewelry, we strive to provide with the best and most unique sterling silver jewelry solutions to any store owners, online shops, wholesalers and Chain stores.

We will fully support any business who can reach our minimum of $99 requested order, a lower order amount will not be accepted.

Our team will give the best efforts to ship your order following the next time table based on the total order amount:

$100-$199 2 days processing.

$200-$499 4 days processing.

$500-$1000 one-week processing.

Above $1000 up to two weeks processing.

Please note that in some cases a longer processing time is needed, we will keep you updated with the progress of the shipment with full transparency.

National holidays, Saturdays and Sundays will not be counted as working days, we will start processing your order as soon as we are back to the office.

Few more points you must know before completing your first order:

        •  A 5% additional charge is needed for PayPal and credit card payments.
        •  No low invoice will be created, a full invoice will be issued with no exceptions.
        •  We will ship your goods using DHL/FedEx, small scale orders (up to $300) might be shipped with Thai Post Air Mail.
        •  Delivery using UPS or DHL is based on the weight of your order, free shipping is with Fedex only.
        •  We carry 60 days return policy, KS will take full responsibility for any error made with your order or any damaged goods sent.
